    In my Real Estate business I have always been a hands-on, results-oriented Broker who valued enhancing my knowledge of my profession. Thus, over the years I have earned the CRS, GRI, ABR and Green designations.

    I approach your Realtor Continuing Education with the same importance I did my own – I want to contribute to your meeting your CE requirements.

    I use PowerPoint presentations incorporating as much class discussion and participation as possible. Questions and discussion are encouraged and, I believe, this is invaluable to your learning process.

What CE Classes Do You Need?

  • Licensees in North Carolina with few exceptions require a mandatory Update class of 4 hours and an Elective of 4 hours each CE Year (July 1 – June 10)
  • Brokers-in-Charge are required to take a “BIC Update” class to satisfy their Update requirement and maintain their BIC or “BIC Eligible” status. BIC’s also need a 4 hour elective of their choice.
  • Brokers-in-Charge are required to take a “BIC Update” class to satisfy their Update requirement and maintain their BIC or “BIC Eligible” status. BIC Eligible Brokers also need a 4 hour elective of their choice.
  • Non BIC or Non “BIC Eligible” Brokers must take a General Update class. Non BIC Brokers also need a 4 hour elective of their choice.
